🚨 The CLARITY Act is one step closer to moving forward.

Right now, the bill has 51 of the 60 Senate votes needed to advance.

Republican lawmakers are expected to hold one more discussion to address Democratic concerns and try to gain enough support from both parties.

If the Senate approves it, the bill will move closer to becoming law. This would create clearer rules for cryptocurrencies and other digital assets in the United States.

The crypto industry is continuing to gain momentum. 🇺🇸

The Democrats are still hesitating, hoping that the final round of discussions will reach a consensus; otherwise, it’ll drag on for a long time again.

This CLARITY Act this time feels more practical than several of the previous proposals; at least the direction is clear.

51 votes are still one heartbeat away from it. I hope the upcoming discussion can push things forward—don’t get stuck in the system.

It’s now at 51 votes. It would pass if it were short by just another 9 votes—this time, the regulatory bill feels like it has a good chance.

If the Senate passes it, the House will likely have to haggle, but it’s still better than having nothing at all right now.

The crypto industry really needs rules; otherwise retail users always end up getting scammed, and legitimate players can’t get in either.

If the US can truly implement a clear digital asset law, global regulators will adjust accordingly, and the significance is huge.

There shouldn’t be much of an issue within the Republican Party; the key is whether they can win over a few swing Democratic senators.

After the bill passes, the compliance of USDC and BTC will be stronger, and exchanges will also have less legal risk.
