Walls That Change Shape — The US Imposes New Tariffs on 60 Countries
Boss, July 24, 2026 will become one of the important milestones in the history of global trade.
The United States officially introduces new tariffs of 10% to 12.5% on 60 trading partner countries, covering 99.4% of total US imports.
Not a new wall. But an old wall rebuilt on different foundations.
A 10% tariff applies to 17 countries, including Canada, the UK, India, Mexico, Indonesia, and the European Union.
A 12.5% tariff applies to 38 countries, including China, Brazil, Vietnam, Australia, Japan, and South Korea.
However, there are several strategic exceptions: fuel, fertilizer, food, agricultural products, steel, aluminum, aircraft, and certain pharmaceutical products are still exempt from this policy.
What will be the impact on us?
1. Inflation is expected to rise, with additional costs of up to $1,500 per US household.
2. The Federal Reserve may keep interest rates high, weighing on risk assets such as crypto.
3. Bitcoin and digital assets react negatively to global uncertainty.
As taught by Mbah Joyo:
The wall may change shape, but the foundations built on certainty will last longer than those built on fear.
The world is shifting. Volatility is not the end, but part of the long journey toward adaptation.
Si Fulan — from zero, so a hero. Stay calm amid the changes.
