The delegation visited companies including the Shanghai Data Group, the Shanghai Data Exchange, the Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center, Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai), Itshi Zhihang, Lingxi Technology, Wuwen Xinqiong, Youka Network, Lingxi Cloud, Yuanxin Satellite, Guotai Haitong Securities, and Songshu Cloud Computing Technology, among others. Centering on topics such as the construction of data infrastructure, the development and utilization of data resources, the circulation and trading of data, embodied intelligence, and brain-computer interfaces, they gained a deep understanding of how reforms related to the market-based allocation of data elements are being advanced.
