Recently, when looking at projects, I don't pay much attention to who is shouting orders anymore, Meme-like attention shifts are as sudden as weather changes, newcomers are most likely to rush in and take the last baton... I care more about a few "signals": Is someone really working on GitHub, or are all the commits just changing README files; don't just look at the cover logo in the audit report, it's only useful when you turn to the "Fixed/Unfixed" page; and also about multi-signature upgrades, who can sign, how many people can sign together, and whether you can change the rules with one click, in other words, "who holds the keys." Anyway, I now prefer to miss out on a rally rather than be woken up in the middle of the night by an upgrade announcement.
