Once an order is successfully placed in the Gate Shop, the product details and shipping information cannot be modified. If a user provides incorrect or incomplete information, refuses delivery, returns the item, or cannot be contacted, the reward will be considered forfeited. If delivery cannot be completed due to force majeure or shipping issues, an equivalent amount in USDT will be issued instead. The event will automatically end once all rewards have been distributed.
