63% of South Korea Stocks Hit 52-Week Lows on July 7 Despite KOSPI Surge

According to Korea Exchange, on July 7, 599 out of 945 listed stocks on South Korea's KOSPI market hit 52-week lows, accounting for 63.4% of the market, even as the KOSPI index rose over 70% year-to-date. The adjustment affected not only mid-cap and small-cap stocks, but also some large-cap issues.
