Agility Robotics Announces Nasdaq IPO via SPAC, Taiwan's Noritsu Group Invests $20M

According to the announcement on June 24, robotics company Agility Robotics said it plans to go public on Nasdaq through a SPAC merger with ticker AGLT, with an expected trading debut in September. Taiwan-based Noritsu Group's subsidiaries—Canon (2374-TW) and Noritsu Asia (7777-TW)—are key investors, with cumulative investments reaching $20 million including a new funding round to support the IPO. Other shareholders include Amazon, Nvidia, SoftBank, and Sony.
