According to Morgan Stanley, AMD's EPYC Venice CPU shipments are projected to reach 6.75 million units by 2027, exceeding NVIDIA's Vera CPU by approximately 18%. This represents a 5.4-fold increase from AMD's 2026 Venice shipments of approximately 1.25 million units, compared to NVIDIA's projected Vera output of 5.75 million units by 2027.
The two chips utilize different process nodes: AMD Venice uses TSMC's advanced 2-nanometer process, while NVIDIA Vera employs 3-nanometer technology. Venice targets both artificial intelligence and high-performance computing markets, whereas Vera is primarily focused on the agentic AI market.
