ARK ETFs ARKX and ARKQ Beat S&P 500 in H1 2026, Up 13.66% and 11.63%

According to Seeking Alpha, two of Cathie Wood's ARK Invest ETFs outperformed the S&P 500 in the first half of 2026. ARK Space & Defense Innovation ETF (ARKX-US) gained 13.66%, while ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF (ARKQ-US) rose 11.63%, both surpassing the benchmark's 9.34% return. As of mid-year, Tesla (TSLA-US) remained the largest holding across ARK's active ETF portfolios at approximately $349.5 million, representing 9.40% of disclosed assets, followed by AMD (AMD-US) at $282.9 million and SpaceX (SPCX-US) at $179.5 million.
