Dutch semiconductor equipment maker ASML will grant all global employees a one-time stock award of 20,000 euros (approximately $22,862) on January 1, 2027, provided they remain employed through the full vesting period, which will be completed by early 2030. The move follows surging sales driven by artificial intelligence infrastructure demand. ASML joins other chip manufacturers including Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix in sharing profits with staff amid record revenues from AI buildout investments. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company also committed in May to increasing average employee profit-sharing by over 30% this year.
