Binance Fires Employees Who Repeatedly Fail Monthly Phishing Tests, CEO Reveals

According to Cointelegraph, Binance Chief Security Officer Jimmy Su revealed on July 26 that the exchange conducts monthly simulated phishing attacks on employees and terminates those who repeatedly fail the tests. The simulations are executed by Binance's internal Red Team, an ethical hacking unit responsible for identifying system vulnerabilities. The program has been in place for approximately three to four years.
