Binance Stock Trading Surpasses $400M AUM in First Week, 80% of Volume From Emerging Markets

On 10 June 2026, Binance released first-week data from its stock trading offering, with assets under management surpassing US$400 million. More than 80% of direct stock trading volume came from emerging markets, and approximately 25% of users were under the age of 25. Nearly 40% of trades were placed under US$100, with users able to start investing from as little as US$5, compared to minimum deposits of US$500 to US$10,000 on traditional brokerages. Around one in ten product-page visitors registered, and roughly 64% of sign-ups subsequently placed a trade. Approximately 70% of users exhibited holding behavior rather than same-day trading. Information Technology led sector allocation at 57%, with semiconductors and hardware capturing around 44% of total fund inflows, according to Shunyet Jan, Head of Spot and Derivatives Business at Binance.
