According to Jack Dorsey and Block, the fintech firm launched Buzz, a free, open-source workspace collaboration tool combining chat, code, AI agents, and workflows, earlier this week on Tuesday. The platform is built on Nostr, a decentralized messaging protocol, and treats AI agents as full participants in conversations, distinguishing it from Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Block shares have declined 3% this week but are up 19% year-to-date, outperforming Microsoft and Salesforce, whose stocks are down 19% and 38% respectively. Earlier this week, BMO Capital raised its price target on XYZ to $85 from $78, while Cantor Fitzgerald bumped it to $95 from $88. The stock last closed at $77.46.
