Singapore investment firm BSQ Capital Partners and AI financing company USD.AI formed a joint venture to provide financing for AI compute infrastructure operators across Asia-Pacific, according to official announcement. The venture targets up to $300 million in initial financing and could scale to $1 billion. BSQ, a Singapore-based alternative asset manager focused on digital infrastructure, partnered with USD.AI, which offers loans secured by graphics processing units. The financing product targets operators facing limited access to traditional bank financing, as Asia-Pacific is one of the fastest-growing markets for AI compute.
