Casper Network Publishes Casper Manifest with Nine Protocol Initiatives on May 12

According to Chainwire, Casper Association published the Casper Manifest on May 12, a multi-year technical roadmap comprising nine coordinated protocol initiatives. The roadmap targets EVM compatibility, gasless transactions, compliant security tokens, transaction privacy, AI agent micropayments, and quantum-safe cryptography to establish Casper Network as the infrastructure layer for regulated real-world asset tokenization and the machine-to-machine economy. Michael Steuer, President and CTO of Casper Association, introduced the Manifest at the Digital Finance Forum in Bermuda. The first initiative, X402 micropayments, is expected to ship within weeks, followed by EVM compatibility, networking hardening, and compliant security tokens later in 2026, with transaction privacy and quantum safety initiatives extending through 2027.
