China and Netherlands Hold 18th Joint Economic Trade Committee Meeting on July 7

According to Jin10, on July 7, China's Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao and Netherlands' Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Scholzma co-chaired the 18th meeting of the China-Netherlands Joint Economic and Trade Committee in Beijing. Wang expressed that the China-EU Trade and Investment Consultation Mechanism held its inaugural meeting last week, with both sides confirming a new positioning as stable and balanced key trading partners. He called for the Dutch government to play an active and constructive role within the EU to facilitate dialogue. Scholzma stated that the Netherlands highly values cooperation with China and is willing to strengthen policy communication and deepen trade and investment cooperation, while providing a stable and transparent business environment for Chinese enterprises.
