China and North Korea to Mark 65th Anniversary of Friendship Treaty; Premier Pak Visits July 9

According to Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning on July 10, North Korean Premier Pak Tae-sung visited China yesterday, with Beijing and Pyongyang agreeing to jointly hold commemorative activities marking the 65th anniversary of the China-North Korea Friendship and Mutual Assistance Treaty this year. Details of the planned events will be announced later.
