According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, on July 24, the CSRC issued supplementary disclosure requirements for Shida Shenghua's Hong Kong IPO application. The regulator requested the company clarify whether its existing, under-construction, and planned-for-investment projects qualify as high-energy-consuming or high-emission operations, and whether they involve excess capacity management by the National Development and Reform Commission or Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The CSRC also requested the company provide detailed information on overseas investment projects and their regulatory approvals, supplementary disclosure of all pending lawsuits and arbitration cases, details of safety production incidents, and related documentation from local authorities. The company seeks to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board, with China International Capital Corporation as the exclusive sponsor.
