CSOP Raises SK Hynix ETF Options Limit to 49% of NAV on June 22

According to Bloomberg and CSOP Asset Management statement, on June 22, CSOP raised the options investment cap for its $14.4 billion SK Hynix 2x leverage ETF from 40% to 49% of net asset value (NAV), effective Tuesday. The fund aims to deliver 2x daily returns of SK Hynix stock movements.

CSOP increased the same limit from 25% to 40% in May. The successive adjustments reflect rapidly growing fund inflows driven by SK Hynix stock surges, providing portfolio managers greater flexibility to maintain the fund's leverage target amid significant asset expansion.
