According to Chosun Daily, South Korean AI chipmaker DeepX signed a partnership agreement with Japan-based technology distributor Koshida Corporation on July 3 to penetrate Japan's edge AI market, specifically targeting manufacturing, robotics, automotive, and industrial automation. Koshida will handle project discovery, customer support, and supply expansion, while DeepX will provide chip hardware and technical software support.
DeepX has secured 27 commercial purchase orders across eight countries within seven months of mass-production launch, adding to its network of over 20 global distributors.
