According to Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau, Donghai期货 Limited on June 30 faced regulatory supervisory measures including a regulatory talk and entry into the securities and futures market integrity file for failing to adequately prevent and control risks and fulfill active management duties in certain asset management plans. The company's senior management is required to receive a regulatory talk at the bureau on July 20, 2026.
