DS Kosdaq Active ETF Rises 3.49% on July 14 Debut, Outperforms Falling Index by 5.41 Points

According to Korea Exchange, DS Kosdaq Active ETF rose 3.49% on its debut on July 14, significantly outperforming the broader market amid a sharp decline. The Kosdaq index fell 1.92% the same day, giving the actively managed fund a 5.41-percentage-point edge. In contrast, competing Kosdaq active ETFs declined, with TIME Kosdaq Active down 1.83%, PLUS Kosdaq 150 Active down 1.23%, and KOACT Kosdaq Active down 0.43%. The fund, which concentrates on memory expansion cycle beneficiaries and semiconductor equipment companies, was driven by strong gains in key holdings including Tes (+16.68%) and PSK (+10.24%).
