According to South Korea's investment banking sector, Gabia, a cloud and IT infrastructure company, launched a delisting process on July 21 in partnership with Macquarie Asset Management to eliminate its duplicate listing structure by deregistering its parent company. The public offer will run through September 1. However, activist funds have opposed the move, citing concerns about the tender offer procedure and pricing.
