German 10-Year Bund Yield Falls to 2.848%, Heads for Biggest Weekly Drop in Over a Year

On Friday, eurozone bond yields declined, headed for their largest weekly drop in over a year. German 10-year Bund yields fell 1 basis point to 2.848%, hitting their lowest level since mid-March, and are down about 13 basis points this week, on track for their biggest weekly decline since March 2025. The decline was driven by falling oil prices following the resumption of shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, easing inflation concerns.
