Gold Falls 14% in Q2, Silver Drops 21% in June as Precious Metals See Sharpest Correction in Decades

As the second quarter ended, gold fell over 14% in one of its worst quarters in years, while silver took a harder hit, declining over 21% in June alone, according to Blue Line Futures analysis. Both metals retreated to levels not seen since late 2025, reversing a historic rally that had carried them to record highs in the first half of 2026.
