Gritstone Bio Submits Two Obesity Drug Applications to FDA, Stock Hits 12.89 HKD Up 11.7%

Gritstone bio announced it recently submitted two investigational new drug (IND) applications to the U.S. FDA for obesity treatment: ASC36, a next-generation peptide amylin receptor agonist administered monthly to quarterly, and ASC36_35 FDC, a combination therapy co-formulated with GLP-1R/GIPR agonist ASC35 for monthly injection.

As of 11:50 a.m., the stock traded at 12.21 HKD, up 5.8%, with turnover exceeding 56.3 million HKD. The intraday high reached 12.89 HKD, reflecting an 11.7% gain.
