GS Predicts South Korean Suppliers to Provide 30% of Humanoid Robot Components by 2035

According to Paradis Labs, GS predicts that 30% of humanoid robot components will be sourced from South Korea by 2035, leveraging the country's automotive industry expertise to manufacture key parts such as actuators. Actuators, which simulate human muscles and joints, account for approximately 50% of humanoid robot bill of materials. South Korean component manufacturers are well-positioned for this transition due to technological overlap between actuator production and automotive systems including power steering, braking, and autonomous driving technologies.
