Houthi Forces Attack Two Saudi Oil Tankers in Red Sea on July 22

According to Russia's TASS news agency, Yemen's Houthi forces claimed on July 22 to have attacked two Saudi oil tankers in the Red Sea in violation of a blockade they announced. The armed group identified the vessels as ENCELIA and LAYLA. The strikes employed unmanned aerial vehicles, ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles, the Houthis said. They also claimed approximately ten ships turned back following the operation.
