Hyperliquid Trader Loracle Increases Oil Short Positions to $17.5M on April 30

According to BlockBeats, on April 30, Hyperliquid early contributor Loracle increased short positions in WTI crude oil by approximately 3.5 million WTIOIL tokens worth $3.85 million, bringing total WTI short holdings to $15 million at an average price of $104.15, with current unrealized losses of $647,500. The trader also opened a new Brent crude oil short position worth $2.5 million on the same day. Combined, the two positions totaled $17.5 million and were continuing to add to positions as of reporting time, according to Hyperinsight monitoring data.
