Israeli President Herzog Calls on Lebanon to Sever Ties with Hezbollah, Iran on June 10

According to Jin10, Israeli President Herzog called on Lebanon to free itself from Hezbollah and Iranian influence on June 10, during an inspection of Israel's northern border region. Herzog stated via social media that while Israel seeks peace with Lebanon, the country bears responsibility for breaking free from these influences.

Herzog accused Hezbollah of violating the Israel-Lebanon ceasefire agreement and said Israel cannot accept attacks on its citizens, cross-border strikes, or terrorism. He emphasized that further improvement in Israel-Lebanon relations remains difficult without clear security arrangements that guarantee Israeli safety.
