JoinBiz Bio Reports HK$201M Net Profit, Up 1.9% YoY for Fiscal Year Ended March 31

According to the company announcement, JoinBiz Bio (02161) reported fiscal year revenue of HK$835 million, up 6.7% year-over-year, for the year ended March 31, 2026. Net profit attributable to equity holders reached HK$201 million, up 1.9% YoY. The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.0735 per share and reported earnings per share of HK$0.2463.

Brand pharmaceutical and branded Chinese medicine segments drove growth, with revenue increases of HK$7.8 million and HK$62.9 million respectively. Health supplement segment revenue declined by HK$18.4 million due to product portfolio optimization and softer consumer demand. Brand pharmaceuticals, branded Chinese medicine, and health supplements accounted for 34%, 56%, and 10% of total revenue respectively.
