JP Morgan: AI Investment Opportunities Extend Beyond Big Tech Giants

According to Jin10, JP Morgan's global investment strategist Madison Faller said investors should look beyond tech giants and focus on the broader AI value chain. She highlighted capital-intensive, hard-to-replace assets including semiconductors, infrastructure, utilities, and industrials. Faller noted that strong tech performance can coexist with broader market earnings growth, citing 10 of 11 S&P 500 sectors expected to see profit growth this earnings season. JP Morgan's team expects the S&P 500 to deliver nearly 10% total returns over the next year, with European large-cap stocks anticipated to generate mid-single-digit returns.
