K Wave Media Sells All 88 BTC on July 2, Exits Bitcoin Treasury Company Status

According to BitcoinTreasuries data, K Wave Media, a South Korean listed company, sold its remaining 88 BTC on July 2 to repay $6 million in debt. Following the sale, the company's Bitcoin holdings fell to zero and it exited the Bitcoin treasury company list.

Last year, K Wave Media announced a $1 billion bitcoin treasury financing capacity and targeted expanding holdings to 10,000 BTC. In May, the company redirected up to $485 million in remaining financing capacity from its Bitcoin treasury toward AI infrastructure, including data centers and GPU computing resources.
