Kalshi in Talks to Raise Funds at $40 Billion Valuation This Week

According to Financial Times, prediction market platform Kalshi is in talks to raise funds at a $40 billion valuation on Wednesday. The U.S.-regulated platform could close the funding round as early as the third quarter of 2026, sources said. This follows Kalshi's Series F round of $1 billion disclosed last month, which valued the company at $22 billion and included Coatue, Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and Morgan Stanley as investors.
