Long March 10B Debuts LNG-Derived Methane Fuel with 98.7% Purity for First Time

According to China Sinopec, the Long March 10B reusable launch vehicle successfully applied LNG-derived high-purity methane fuel for the first time in a commercial mission, marking a breakthrough in fuel diversification for China's commercial space sector. The methane fuel achieved 98.7% purity in this launch and is entirely supplied domestically. Long March 10B is a two-stage reusable rocket designed specifically for the commercial space market, with a core diameter of 5 meters and 100% domestically manufactured core components.
