MoonPay Acquires Entendre to Automate Stablecoin Finance Operations with AI Agents

According to MoonPay, the company acquired Entendre today, an AI-powered finance operations platform that automates accounting, reconciliation, treasury management, and financial reporting for digital asset companies. The acquisition expands MoonPay's infrastructure beyond payments and trading into back-office finance operations.

Entendre's customer base includes Polygon Labs, Thirdweb, and Babylon Labs. Companies using the platform typically manage over 30 financial accounts and process roughly 25,000 transactions monthly, with customers automating approximately 93% of journal entries and completing financial close processes three times faster than before implementation.
