Multiple Banks Raise U.S. Dollar Fixed-Deposit Rates to 4% in July

According to Securities Daily, since early July, multiple banks have raised U.S. dollar fixed-deposit rates, with some products reaching 4% annualized yield. Chinese banks initiated the increases, followed by foreign banks seeking to attract dollar deposits and boost their marketing efforts.
