NetEase Becomes Hong Kong Dual Primary Listed Company Effective June 30, Removes Stock "S" Marker

According to NetEase official statement, the company will become a Hong Kong dual primary listed company effective June 30, 2026, ahead of its original transition deadline of February 27, 2027. The stock "S" marker will be removed from its stock ticker. The move follows the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's determination that 55% or more of NetEase's global trading volume in fiscal 2025 occurred on the HKEX market, meeting the requirement for dual primary listing status.
