According to Yonhap Infomax, NH Investment & Securities signed a strategic investment agreement today (July 9) to acquire a 32.2% stake in Choice Equity Broking Private (CEB), a subsidiary of India-listed financial group Choice, for approximately 142.3 billion Korean won (9 billion Indian rupees). The investment includes board participation and aims to establish a strategic foothold in India's capital market. The two companies plan to expand cooperation across retail and wholesale brokerage, wealth management, and investment banking, while strengthening cross-border financial services between South Korea and India.
