Nvidia Delays Next-Gen AI Server to 2028 Amid PCB Production Challenges; SK Hynix ADR Launches July 10

According to semiconductor analyst Semi Analysis, Nvidia's next-generation AI server rack Cbver NVL144 will be delayed until 2028, more than 12 months beyond the original schedule, due to difficulties in mass-producing multilayer printed circuit boards and completing optical interconnect work for its NVSwitch component. The delay is expected to impact major customers including Japan-based Ibiden and Hong Kong-listed Kingboard Laminates, whose shares fell over 10% on the news. Meanwhile, SK Hynix announced its ADR listing on Nasdaq for July 10, raising $28.1 billion, marking the largest ADR offering since Alibaba and Saudi Aramco.
