OKX and ICE Form Joint Venture Linking Crypto and Traditional Markets, 120M Users to Access NYSE Futures

According to a June 22 statement, OKX and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the US-based owner of the New York Stock Exchange, have formed a joint venture led by former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to build infrastructure linking digital and traditional-asset markets. Subject to regulatory approval, the venture will operate as a registered broker-dealer and futures commission merchant, providing OKX's 120+ million users access to ICE futures contracts and a planned NYSE tokenized-securities platform. The collaboration builds on ICE's March minority stake investment in OKX at a $25 billion valuation.
