Pakistan's PM States Ballistic Missiles Not Discussed in U.S.-Iran Memo Talks on June 23

According to Xinhua, Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz stated on June 23 that ballistic missiles were not part of negotiations between Iran and the United States regarding a memorandum of understanding. Speaking at a joint press conference with visiting Iranian President Pezeshkian, Shehbaz said the issue "never appeared on the negotiating table" and was "never placed on the agenda," and that Iran never agreed to any discussions on the matter.
