According to Zhitong Finance, Ping An Good Doctor (01833) recently launched 'Ping An Health Manager', an in-hospital companionship service featuring a standardized 'Four Specialties' framework. The service covers pre-diagnosis planning, dedicated transportation, in-hospital accompaniment, and professional care management, spanning the entire patient journey from consultation to follow-up.

The service is now available in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Users can book through the Ping An Good Doctor app. All health managers hold relevant nursing or medical credentials and are localized to each city's hospitals, familiar with department layouts and treatment procedures.
