Qatar's LNG Carrier Transits Strait of Hormuz; Eight Empty Tankers in Gulf Since February

According to Bloomberg, Qatari national shipping company's vessel Milaha Qatar was spotted in the Persian Gulf north of the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday, indicating the liquefied natural gas carrier recently transited the Strait of Hormuz. Since the Iran conflict erupted in late February, eight Qatar-related empty LNG transport ships have entered the Persian Gulf.
