Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM-US), which focuses on the global memory chip industry including DRAM, high-bandwidth memory (HBM), NAND flash, and SSD makers, gained over 8% in the past 5 trading days, driven by surging AI server demand and strength in major holdings like Micron (MU-US) and SK Hynix. Since its April 2026 launch, the fund has surged over 110%, making it one of the standout thematic ETFs in the AI infrastructure rally.

The ETF holds a concentrated portfolio of just 16 stocks with approximately $230.3 billion in assets under management and a 0.65% expense ratio. Top holdings include Micron, SK Hynix, SanDisk (SNDK-US), Samsung Electronics, Seagate Technology (STX-US), and Western Digital (WDC-US). The fund's recent strength reflects sustained demand for memory chips as tech companies accelerate AI data center buildouts and AI model development continues to accelerate.
