Russia Warns of Maritime Risks in Black Sea on July 23 as Ukraine Intensifies Attacks

According to Jin10, Russia's Defense Ministry warned on July 23 of maritime safety hazards in its Black Sea exclusive economic zone amid escalating Ukrainian attacks on vessels. The warning, issued via the Defense Ministry's weekly briefing, cited threats from Ukrainian unmanned aerial and naval systems. Ukrainian forces have intensified attacks in recent weeks; according to Ukraine's General Staff, at least 124 Russia-linked vessels were targeted between July 8 and July 20, including 89 tankers.
