Samsung Electronics Drops 6.48%, SK Hynix Falls 6.67% on July 24 Amid NAND Price Concerns, But Brokerages See Buying Opportunity

According to Newsis, Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix shares fell sharply on July 24 amid concerns over NAND flash price weakness and rising oil prices. Samsung Electronics declined 6.48% to 252,500 won, while SK Hynix fell 6.67% to 1,791,000 won. However, major brokerages including KB Securities and Future Asset Securities maintain their bullish outlook, with KB keeping Samsung's target price at 600,000 won and SK Hynix at 4,200,000 won, arguing that recent weakness reflects NAND price concerns already priced in and that strong DRAM demand from AI infrastructure investment supports a structural uptrend through 2028.
