Satsuma Approves Liquidation With 90.6% Vote, to Sell 668 BTC by Late September

According to Investegate RNS announcement on July 21, Satsuma shareholders voted 90.6% in favor of liquidating the London-listed bitcoin treasury company and selling its 668 bitcoin holdings. The company targets a delisting around September 14 and shareholder distributions by September 28.

Satsuma held 668 BTC valued at roughly $44.29 million in mid-July but had purchased most at an average cost of $113,186 per coin, leaving an unrealized loss of approximately $31.37 million (41.5%). The company's stock collapsed more than 99% from 2025 peaks, trading below net asset value before being suspended on July 1.
