Securitize Lists on NYSE July 2 as $400 Million SPAC Deal Closes with Strong Investor Support

According to Bitcoin.com News, Securitize shareholders approved a merger with Cantor Equity Partners II on June 29, 2026, raising approximately $400 million. The deal includes an oversubscribed $225 million private investment in public equity (PIPE), the largest for any operating company via SPAC since 2021. With less than 30% of Class A shares redeemed, the combined company retained roughly 71.5% of the SPAC's trust account. Securitize Corp. will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker SECZ on July 2, 2026, valuing the blockchain tokenization platform at $1.25 billion on a pre-money basis.
