Shinhan Securities, MusicCow Sign MOU for 40 Billion Won Music IP Fund on July 8

According to an official statement on July 8, Shinhan Securities and MusicCow Invest signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) to jointly acquire music IP and issue fractional investment products. Shinhan will serve as the general partner for a 40 billion won music IP fund, while MusicCow will handle asset valuation and sourcing. The acquired music IP assets will be tokenized and traded on a planned secondary exchange. Both companies aim to complete music IP purchases by the end of H2 2026 and finalize product issuance before the exchange launches in Q4.
